Accord ("we", "our", or "us") is a faith-based prayer community app operated by Triunetek. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your personal data when you use the Accord mobile application.
We collect the following categories of information when you use Accord:

Location permission is optional. You can deny it and still use Accord — your prayers simply won’t appear on the map.
Accord allows you to post prayer requests anonymously. When you choose this option, your display name is hidden from other users in the feed. However, your identity is still stored in our database to enable moderation and to prevent abuse. Moderators and admins can see the original author of any request.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your data for advertising. We share data only in the following limited circumstances:
When you post a prayer request or pray for someone, your device’s GPS coordinates may be recorded. These coordinates are never displayed precisely to any user. On the live prayer map, locations are shown only as clustered aggregates covering approximately an 11 km radius. Individual coordinates are not accessible through any public interface.
Accord is rated 13+ and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted connections (HTTPS), Row Level Security (RLS) on all database tables, and SECURITY DEFINER functions for sensitive operations. No system is perfectly secure — if you discover a vulnerability, please contact us responsibly.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the effective date above. Continued use of Accord after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
